i. Registration

- All accounts with bounced emails, full inboxes, unreachable domains or one page/under construction domains will be deleted without prior notice.
- All email account information is masked on this board and all information is kept confidential.
- Your IP is logged when you register and is verified to your email address and/or domain name.
- Allow 24 hours for account activation.

Each user is entitled to only ONE user account on MAG Club's forum. This is to ensure each member's name remains credible within the forum. Registering additional accounts will result in temporary suspension to your main account and a permanent ban on your second (and subsequent) accounts. This also means using another person's account is prohibited, especially so when your account has been suspended/banned. Such behaviour may result in suspension and banning of all accounts associated with you.

For the persistent few: Remember, your IP is logged when you register. It is matched to your email address and/or domain name and if you insist on continually attempting to register with a fake/free email address your IP and/or IP range will be banned at root level, i.e. not being able to even see the site.


ii.Forum Rules

General Board Rules:
MAG Club's Forum welcomes all. The objective of MAG Club's Forum is to provide a place for users who interest about manga(comic), anime, and games especially those based in Malaysia to gather, discuss, share and help each other. Few things will get your posts deleted or get yourself banned so please read the rules below:

Action: Trolling/Flaming. Do not make posts that are inflammatory just to upset people.
Result: Your thread will be closed, your post may be deleted and a warning may be given depending on severity

Action: Discussion, distribution or posting links to pirated software, pornography or any kind of copyrighted materials.
Result: Offending post will be deleted and user will be warned. Repeat offenders will get a temporary suspension to their account.

Action: Political and Religious Topic, discussions are welcomed in Real World Issues forum. But do not spread political propaganda or religious hatred in any of MAG Club's forums. Obey the sub-forum rules as they are enforced very strictly.
Result: Offending threads or post will be edited, closed, or removed. Offenders may be warned depending on severity of the offence. Members who promote racial hatred will be banned.

Action: Spamming - posting unconstructively, bumping topics unnecessarily, opening multiple threads are all considered as spamming.
Results: Offending threads or post will be deleted and a warning given to the offender.

Action: Commercial-oriented posts, blatant commercial advertising, referral links, links in signatures for commercial purposes are not allowed. The exception would be links to threads in the Trade Zone in your signature.
Result: Links removed and a warning will be issued, repeat offenders will have their accounts suspended.

Action: Illegal activities - Activities involving drugs, contraband materials, smuggling, evasion of law or any other activities that are against the law.
Result: Offending thread or post will be deleted without prejudice. User will be permanently banned.

Action: Asking homework/assignment question without first attempting the question or picking out a part which you are having difficulty with. Moderator's discretion applied.
Result: Offending thread/post closed, warning issued.

General rules will be enforced in every forum in MAG Club's Forum. Individual sub-forums may have additional rules to cater to the forum environment, but the general board rules would still apply. If you come across a member violating any rule, please hit the 'report' button of that offending post. By doing that, the moderating team will be notified of it and action will be taken. Do note that abuse of this function may lead to you being warned or given a suspension.

General Forum Etiquette:
The MAG Club's Forum moderating team welcomes everybody to the forum. Our voluntary job is to ensure users have a pleasant forum going experience within MAG Club's Forum. General etiquette is to be practiced by all members of the forum. Respect the privacy of others and do not post other's personal details without getting their consent to do so. Refrain from derailing any ongoing discussion or interrupt a debate of any kind. Please bear in mind that if you do not have anything worthwhile to say about that particular topic, refrain from saying anything at all. Constructive criticism is welcomed, derogatory comments are not.

The moderating team's duty is to ensure the smooth going of forums they are in charge in and to prevent any conflicts between members from starting. Moderators have at their discretion a right to moderate any thread that are found to be inappropriate or in violation with board or sub-forum rules. The moderating team will act based on board policy and guidelines and not a personal point of view. If you feel that any moderating decision is wrong or being influenced by the personal view of an individual moderator, do PM a Staff or Admin personnel with your complaint and details.

Signature and Avatar:
Forum signature sizes should remain within the 255 characters limit and can be contain objectable material in words or images. Board Admins/Staffs/Moderators will be lenient with enforcing the rules but do not take anything for granted.
